People who don't want insurance don't figure into the equation (but now they are forced to get it under ACA?). I thought medicaid addressed the folks who can't afford insurance. Instead of addressing that part of the 10% who are refused Health care, EVERYBODY's Health insurance is thrown into the mix.To me, that doesn't make sense. It also seems doomed due to costs.
