It's just that attempting to legislate these behavior restrictions is so completely futile at this point. No, the Christian Taliban is picking its battles based on what they think they can get away with and has little to do with their actual behavior. Case in point, just look at how many anti-gay "conservatives" are now being flushed out of their closets.
