In no way did his homophobic ways come across in any of his books, and I’m sure it will not in this movie. Although I do agree that we shouldn’t put money into this guys pocket, there are other people involved in this film and as Lionsgate stated, they don’t share any of his views. I don’t think other people should be penalized for Card’s view and I don’t think that people who read the book and see the movie should be penalized for their devotion to the story. Many people enjoy his book and i’m sure will enjoy the movie without sharing the homophobic views of Card.
