Teams will now have to cover the entire field instead of trying to stop Welker (former star player) with the short over the middle passes. Actually, the Pats offense is younger, faster, and more explosive this year. Pats defense should be a top 12 defense this year……and by the way, how could they be ranked 25th overall in 2012 when they were 6th against the run and 29th against the pass. Also, they were tied for 9th in points allowed…..the stat that really matters.
