There are red flags everywhere; enough that at this point Obamacare has absolutely no chance of going live without significant issues. I’ve seen the prototype exchanges and they are horrible. It would be wise to back off and make Obamacare voluntary for 2014, let the early adopters work out the kinks, then go ahead and require everybody to participate (assuming it’s working) in 2015.
