While in college at East Central Oklahoma he was arrested for selling marijuana to an undercover agent. The Browns want to keep a strong rotation going so Desmond Bryant, Taylor and Rubin will be fresh in the fourth quarter. Opponents rushed for 14 touchdowns last season. The Browns want that number reduced.
